After previously working as a Sous Chef for the Nikki Beach Group and moving on to The Head Chef at The Playwright Tomas decided to take time to travel Asia and explore their gastronomy. He is now back and ready more than ever to open the doors of the “New” Playwright and serve you some gastronomic delights.
