Chicken liver pate with a cassis jelly and warm toasts

Pan fried button mushrooms with blue cheese flamed with brandy & port finished with cream

Smoked Salmon and Dill Mousse with Warm toasts and Mixed Leaf Salad

Deep fried brie in sesame seed crust with mango, ginger & strawberry salad

Roast rib of beef with yorkshire pudding

Slow Braised Shank of Lamb with Mint Jus

Roast belly of pork with a cider & sage gravy, chive mash and apple sauce

Tempura of lemon sole with wok fried vegetables, teriyaki & sweet ginger sauce

Breast of Chicken wrapped in Serrano Ham with Chive Mash and Peppercorn Sauce

Tagliatelle pasta with wild mushrooms, spinach, cream & white truffle oil

Pan fried fillet of Salmon with baby Potatoes, sauteed courgette and asparagus finished with a dill beurre
